NOTICE: All Students that are assigned rooms in the KEYSTONE HOSTEL should go and pay directly to the UNIBEN KEYSTONE BANK AND NOT VIA THE PORTAL. For Avoidance of Doubt. Pay for Keystone Hostel directly in the Keystone bank!

*** Accommodation Booking for all students for Halls 1, 2, 3 and 4 as well as the Ekenwan hostels using the HOS Activation code.
More spaces available as at 4 P. M. on SUNDAY 28TH APRIL 2024.

** Those requsting for other hostels apart from those listed above will be assigned spaces from Student Affairs that will be uploaded WHERE available. Please check back after a minimum of 3 days after making request
** Those assigned spaces from Student Affairs via requests also need to use their booking code in order to view the space assigned to them

*** Note that All Returning Students that have not yet paid charges and registered their courses Online for 2022/2023 cannot proceed to pay charges for 2023/2024 and therefore cannot pay for accommodation booking code.
**It is VERY IMPORTANT to ensure that you actually need the accommodation on campus and intend to stay there. You’re not allowed to book and then transfer to another student as this is an OFFENSE!
** Log into your student online record.
** Under Accommodation, Select Particular Hall of Interest.
** You can also choose "No Favoured Hostel"
** Under Payments, Create Bed Allocation ticket. Make payment using any valid ATM card from you Student Profile. Do NOT make payment directly on the Remita website since it has no way of linking back directly to your profile
** Immediately proceed to pay the relevant Hostel Maintenance fee assigned to your allocated space, upon successful booking.
** Print out relevant Slips to use for clearance into the Halls of Residence.
Payment of School charges and accommodation booking charge For Returning Students has now been enabled for all duly registered students in the previous session (2020/2021)
New Date for Booking using the activation code from the booking fee slip is Saturday 31ST December 2022 at 12 noon. .

If space for your category is finished. Please look out for a new date to be announced.

All those that have not paid charges and / or registered Courses in the previous session should do so immediately

3. Scratch Card(s) to enable access to the above uploaded results NECO; WAEC; NABTEB: etc should be uploaded to enable confirmation of same.
4. Local Government of origin Certificate or Affidavit of Local Government Area of origin
5. Jamb result slip with passport
6. Jamb admission letter (Institution copy)
7. Acceptance letter
8. Guarantor' s letter
9. Affidavit of Good Conduct
10. Affidavit of Non-Membership of secret cult
